Our goal and customer expectation is to get your order out the door ASAP. Once your order is placed, we have a small window of time where we can cancel an order. Changing, adding an item or removing an item will require us to refund and place a new order.
The above actions can take place when the status is not in Being Packed, Sent to Fulfillment or Complete. To make the change contact us with the button at the bottom of this page. We are available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week and typically answer within 24 business hours.
The status of your order along with tracking numbers can be easily found within the account you created when you placed your order. To login to your account use this link “CLICK HERE” tab on the top right our website.
Enter the email address and password you created and you will be directed to the Account Dashboard. The Account Dashboard will show your order history and the status of each order. For more information on an order, click on VIEW ORDER
